PlantResponse™ is the owner of the domain www.plantresponse.com (hereinafter, the Website) and makes it available to users in order to provide company and product information and allow users to contact PlantResponse to resolve doubts or queries.

The present Privacy Policy is for the Website and is served by PlantResponse and governs the privacy of its users who choose to use it.

This Privacy Policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations and requirements of the users, the Website and Website owners. How this Website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this Privacy Policy.

According to the provisions of Data Protection regulation, the user expressly consents to their personal data being processed by PlantResponse within the terms agreed under this Privacy Policy.

PlantResponse processes data with the purpose of:

  • Identifying the user of the service and providing requested information.
  • Conducting market research and statistical surveys through any means, including e-mail or SMS. When browsing the Website, servers detect the user’s IP address solely statistical purposes.

The user expressly authorizes PlantResponse to disclose or, if needed, assign Personal Data and other information provided through the information request process in order to directly comply with the purpose of providing the user with the information requested.  What are cookies?
