PlantResponseTM is the owner of the domain www.plantresponse.com (hereinafter, the Website) and makes it available to users in order to provide company and product information and allow users to contact PlantResponseTM to resolve doubts or queries.

The present Privacy Policy is for the Website and is served by PlantResponseTM and governs the privacy of its users who choose to use it.

This Privacy Policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations and requirements of the users, the Website and Website owners. How this Website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this Privacy Policy.

According to the provisions of Data Protection regulation, the user expressly consents to their personal data being processed by PlantResponseTM within the terms agreed under this Privacy Policy.

PlantResponseTM processes data with the purpose of:
